What Our Warranty Covers:

Our warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects and issues arising during shipping. This includes but is not limited to any noticeable cracking, splitting, chipping, warping, bumps, obstructions, tarnishing of stains and sealants, as well as any other like wise visual or physical possible product deficiencies. We of course try our best to meticulously inspect each piece to ensure it meets our best standards, but sometimes mistakes can be missed and certain elements may shift. Therefore, If you do discover any defects or deformities of the kinds mentioned either upon delivery, or within the 2-year warranty period, then please notify us right away. To assist us in resolving the issue properly we ask that you send clear photos of the given defects once observed. We will assess the images and decide on next steps from there, which may or may not include repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy dependent on circumstance.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unsafe use of our products. Proper care and handling of our furniture are essential to maintaining its condition and ensuring its longevity.
