Production & Delivery Times:

Due to the fact that most of our furniture pieces are made to order; once your deposit is placed please allow up to 4-6 weeks before receiving your item(s) as production and delivery times can vary. Moreover, standard delivery typically takes anywhere from 3-10 business days altogether after the product is completed depending on location, and whether or not a 3rd party delivery service is needed. We will reach out as your order nears the end of production to coordinate a delivery date and provide tracking information. Although, If your order hasn't arrived after four weeks from completion, please contact us, and we will investigate matters.

In Stock & Expedited Options:

While we do carry some stock in our warehouse, most pieces are crafted based on individual preference after product options are selected. If you need your item(s) sooner, we can occasionally accommodate expediting the production of your order for an additional cost, depending on various factors. Please reach out to us if you wish this to be the case and we will do our best to accommodate your request to build and ship your furniture as soon as possible without compromising the integrity of our work. Alternatively, if you are curious what we might already have in stock and ready to go at our warehouse, then please reach out and one of our team members will respond accordingly. 

Nationwide Shipping or Pick up:

Although we are based in the Pacific Northwest, we do offer nationwide shipping within the continental United States. However, delivery times and shipping costs can vary vastly according to the size and weight of your overall order as well as your specific location. At this time, most orders are delivered fully assembled for customers based in the area, and for customers outside the PNW our products will usually arrive with the legs unattached in a flat box to ensure safe shipping with easy assembly thereafter. In addition, if you are based locally and would prefer to pick up your furniture yourself for no added shipping cost then you are more than welcome to do so. Please let us know within the first few weeks of order placement if this is something you are interested in, and we will arrange a pick up timeframe accordingly. In regards to this, once a decision has been made and a pick up window has been set in place then if you miss your pick up timeframe an added warehouse storage cost may occur.
