Refund & Return Policy

At Ecology, making sure you're happy with your finished item(s) is our top priority. Since every piece we craft is made-to-order, and customized with the specific size, stain, finish, and wood species that you select we therefore cannot accept returns once your order is completed.

However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason then you can do so without having to pay the rest of the total remaining balance on your purchase as long as you cancel within the first 2 weeks of placing your order before production is finished. Please keep in mind that the 50% deposit placed at initial check out is non-refundable, as it helps cover the cost of materials obtained upfront. Alternatively, if you already payed 100% of your order subtotal upon checkout, then so long as you request your order to still be canceled within that same initial 2 week timeframe of placement a partial 50% refund may be granted as well. Although, this does not apply to custom inquiry builds outside of our standard options, and no partial refund will be offered for orders of this kind if canceled.

Ultimately, we absolutely stand by the quality of our work, and If you receive something that is defective or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll definitely do our best to resolve the issue, whether that means a repair, replacement, or another solution that works best.
