General Product Information
We offer Hemlock, Cottonwood, Maple, and White Oak for most of our designs. We primarily mill our own material in Woodland WA from logs of naturally fallen trees. We additionally work closely with nearby suppliers and prioritize wood sourced from responsibly managed forests in the PNW region. All of our products are made from 100% solid wood and kiln dried prior to production.
Right now, we currently offer 6 different stain options for every piece including White Wash, Light Golden Age, Golden Age, Dark Golden Age, Soil, and Char. We also currently offer 3 different finish options ranging from Clean, Organic, and Distressed. Think of stain as the color, and finish as the overall feel and texture. We can do any pairing on any product with any wood species for no extra cost unless you aren’t seeing what you are looking for with our general selection then we can also always create a custom stain color for an added cost as well.
Certainly! We offer wood, stain, and finish samples for purchase (here) This way you can see and feel the quality of our options before making any final choices. Once decided, we will then credit the cost of the samples to your final order subtotal for up to 3 samples previously purchased.
We are based in Woodland WA, just about 30 minutes North of Portland! We do have a showroom shared with our production warehouse that we would love to have you come visit. Although, you are always welcome to swing by of course, we do encourage everyone to try and schedule a prior time to come in for a showing when production isn’t in session. This way our knowledgeable team will have more time to thoroughly walk you through all of our products, sample options, and answer any questions you might have!
We also do have a Portland showroom under renovation at the moment, that we hope to open back up soon along with a few others! Just reach out to let us know what days and times might work best or feel free to use our calendar link on our Contact Page to directly schedule a time with us to go over details soon!
If you aren’t based in the area, but would still like to set up a time to chat then we would be more than happy to accommodate you through a virtual video showing instead! Just reach out whenever you’re ready to coordinate setting up a good time to do so. You of course are always welcome to order samples and request us to send additional pictures for clarification if it helps too!
Absolutely! We craft custom work all the time. If you need a particular piece for a particular space that you aren’t seeing on our website already then please refer to our Custom Build Inquiry Page and we will respond accordingly to help you design exactly what you are looking for as well as quote you for the cost.
All products are treated with a high quality, eco-friendly food safe sealant for easy cleaning, moisture repellence, and overall long-term durability whilst still preserving the natural matte surface appearance of the wood species. We also provide PDF care instructions with every order with further detailed care instructions for easy reference.
Most of our products can be used outdoors in covered areas that are not directly exposed to rain or other weatherly elements unless otherwise sealed for outside protection. If you’d like your item(s) finished with our outdoor sealant specifically then please refer to the Custom Order Inquiry Page of our website and make that request upon filling out the given form.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We do carry some stock in our warehouse although, since most pieces are made to order please allow at least 4-6 weeks before receiving your item(s) once your deposit is placed as production and shipping times will vary. However, we always strive to ensure a timely delivery without compromising on the quality craftsmanship we pride ourselves on, and we appreciate your patience!
If for whatever reason you were really hoping to receive your item(s) sooner then we do offer the option to expedite your order for an added cost contingent on certain factors. If this is the case, please just reach out to let us know and we will try our best to work with you!
Yes, even though we are based in the PNW we do offer nationwide delivery! Shipping costs and times vary depending on the size and weight of your order as well as your location. If however, you are based in the region then pick up may be arranged also. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.
For PNW customers, most orders are delivered fully assembled. For all other orders, our products will typically arrive with the legs unattached in a flat box to ensure safe shipping. However, assembly is fast, straightforward, and can be easily done using the provided instructions and tools.
Payment & Warranty Information
Yes, we occasionally offer promotions and special discounts on regularly priced pieces as well as for order bundles. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.
We accept most digital standard forms of Credit/Debit payment for a 3% transaction fee, but excluding cash or check at this time. We also offer the option to use Zelle upon checkout for no added transaction fee if you would prefer.
We only require an initial 50% deposit to get started on your order when placed. Once this payment is received we will add your item(s) to our production queue and begin crafting everything shortly after. The remaining balance is due right before delivery. Although, you of course are more than welcome to just pay 100% of your orders subtotal cost upfront instead.

Although, we do our best to ensure the integrity of our work during both production and delivery; sometimes things may go awry nonetheless. If for whatever reason you receive your order partially damaged in any way or start to notice visible defects then please reach back out immediately with detailed photos, and we will do our best to help remedy the situation. Yes, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship! All of our furniture comes with a 2 year all encompassing warranty on each individual item for no added cost. However, all products are subject to quality control. Our warranty only provides a guarantee against manufacturing defects, and possible shipping mishaps. Our warranty does NOT cover damages contributed by improper and unsafe usage of our products. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more specific information detailing when exclusions may apply.
